Prolonged hospital stay and live 90mins away

Hi anyone who reads this
my 8 yr old son (Ryan) has life long and life threatening health conditions that have seen him spend roughly a third of his life in hospital thus far
the first 9 months of his life he was an inpatient and another 6mths when he was 2 yrs old
since then its only been short stays however he has now spent the last month in hospital and 3 weeks the month before, To do everything especially reintroducing feed to the gut we are dreading just how long ryan will be in hospital as the weeks snd months just roll on
RYAN doesn’t not eat like you or me, for the past 6 years he has been fed a special nutrition called PN or Hpn or tpn which is delivery via IV via a central line thats wired into a major artery in his neck and exits via his chest
That nutrition that saved him has now become his enemy as its causing such things as kidney failure
Ryan is such a happy full of life little boy whose life is full of restrictions of what he can and cannot do but he rarely loses his infectious smile that can brighten even the hardest of days
being in hospital and knowing it will be prolonged has put tremendous strain on our family both mentally and financially , 1 parent always with him rotating with the other who is at home with 3 sisters, he has a 4th sister but she is 21 and lives with her fiancée
we would ideally move much closer to the hospital to make our lives a little easier but we do not have the funds
even just keeping one of us fed while at the hospital is costing around £12 per day ( that’s breakfast and dinner only)
we are in a dire situation that may well end up with our son needing a specialist transplant even in another country that we will likely have to try and fund as well
we are at a complete loss as how to manage this situation other than asking for the help of kind people i dont even know
im sorry if anyone feels asking for help is inappropriate, its was suggested to me so im simply crossing my fingers and hoping for a little help
