The above statement is not imaginary; it is a reality for many people of Bosnia, Serbia, and Croatia who have been hit with the worst floods this region has experienced in the last 120 years. The images are heartbreaking and difficult to watch. So much devastation, loss, and pain…

Along with my dear friend Ann Petrila, I am organizing this fundraising effort to help victims of the flood. Ann, along with a group of DU students, will travel to Bosnia at the beginning of June and will present our donation directly to the Bosnian Red Cross. Please consider donating, if you can, and please share with others. And remember that no amount is too small. If you are not able to donate, please send your prayers and light to the people affected in this often forgotten area of the world.
