Help Presley get a wheelchair van!

Presley is an 11 year old girl with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and Cortical Visual Impairment. Her family is in need of a wheelchair van, because as Presley continues to grow, it's getting harder and harder for her mom to get her in and out of their family van. Her father is a brick mason who works shut downs so he is gone out of town often which leaves her mom caring for her and her two sisters alone. They make above the financial requirements for government assistance, so they both work multiple jobs to support the family.
