Presidio Grad School Fundraising for Renewable Energy Service Trip to Nicaragua
We
are eleven MBA students from Presidio
Graduate School traveling to Nicaragua
to volunteer on economic development
projects providing access to clean
water and electricity to rural
communities.
Partnering with Green Empowerment,
a US based non-profit, and the
Nicaraguan NGO AsoFenix we will develop solar-irrigation
systems, providing clean water to households
and farms.
We
will evolve our knowledge into five-month projects that outline Financial, Business Development, and Marketing
Strategies for AsoFenix and project beneficiaries, ensuring the long-term sustainability of development
in Nicaragua.
The
funds will be donated to AsoFenix and Green Empowerment, covering the costs of
infrastructure materials and facilitation.
All donations are 100%
tax-deductible and will help us
change the lives of hundreds of
individuals.
