Medical Expenses for Zac Gant

Zac was diagnosed June 2013 with Stage III esophageal cancer which quickly moved to a stage IV. He has been through chemo three times, radiation, paracentesis, thoracentitsis, drain tubes, egd's, and other surgeries over the last 9 months. They were living in San Antonio Tx when he was diagnosed and being treated. Zac served in the national guard where he was deployed twice to Iraq. On his second deployment he became ill and had to be transported to BAMC in San Antonio Tx. He was there as a wounded solider and then once healed became a civilian and continued to work for the hospital. They have since made the move back to MS to be with family. Since being in MS they have called Hospice in to help with their needs. This is a very difficult time for anyone who has been there or had a loved ones who has been there. This is a attempt to try and take one stress away from them so that they can enjoy the important things in life like each other and family.
