Homeless in need of of some help

I'm out of work. And I have been since the end of September. I had a flare up from multiple sclerosis that took me out of work. I ended up in the hospital twice because of it.
Because of this we've been living house to house.
My youngest was with me until his father took me back to court. Although I still get to see him every other weekend.
The others have been able to stay on campus for the most part. Staying with friends when they could.
My oldest two are in College.Yes,they are young adults. One has a part time job and lately hasn't been getting many hours. The other is in school on a scholarship for basketball and doesn't have the time available to get a job at all.
I'm awaiting a decision from disability. I was denied in march. Which resulted in me having to appeal so i'm still waiting And with the help that I was able to get from my retired parents I up until this point was able to stay afloat .
Well,somewhat aside from me still living house to house.
Throughout the time I've been out of work I had my car totaled. And had to use the money to get by.
I’m trying to pay storage at the price $137.75 months. So that when we do get another place we can at least have our things.
I've tried to find suitable part time work. Which probably wouldn't be much.Being that I still have minor flare ups.
I've also started two blogs one on blogger, the other on vocal media,as well as a youtube page to try and get some type of income coming in. But that hasn't gotten me far.
I really didn't want to do this. I rarely want to speak of what I have going on because its embarrassing. I’d just like to at least get them both paid off for a few months.To lighten the load a little.
So,if you could please find it in your heart to help us i would be greatly appreciated!
****update: the storage is more important to me than anything. It’s $137 a month.Id really like to pay it off for a few months. Unless there is someone willing to allow me to store our things at there place.
