Anyone who meets me already knows - my heart belongs to Suze, my amazing and sweet mini-dachshund. She has brought so much love and happiness to my life over the last 16 years, but my beloved Suze has suddenly fallen ill. We were terrified when she started having trouble breathing, became severely dehydrated, and could not hold herself "together." She was hospitalized for 3 days!
The X-rays and ultrasound results came back normal, as did the cancer and disease screening tests - leaving her sickness a complete mystery. Over the past few days Suze has been at home and I am so grateful to have her back! She is gaining interest in food and showing signs of increased energy, but she is still not acting like herself. I am worried about her and I'm scared there is something we missed. I have follow-up appointments to schedule and more tests to run and I am reaching out to all of you, my loved ones, and asking for your help.
I generally find it difficult to accept financial assistance, but I am swallowing my pride on Suze's behalf. Please help us on this journey back to health and happiness.
