Help our father Alberto Rodriguez

Hello, this our Father,  Alberto Rodriguez. He is a single Dad of 4 awesome children.  As you may see we need your HELP! Dad has tried many diets and still he can't lose weight. We are asking for Help to donate for a gastric sleeve surgery. You see my dad was all scheduled to get the gastric sleeve surgery and due to changes with his employers agreement with United Health care insurance his surgery was cancelled a week before because it was no longer covered. United Healthcare will not even cover my Dad to consult with a Nutritionist.
My dad does not get any financial assistance. Dad currently weighs 525 lbs and he's 32 yrs old. 
Due to his weight he has developed problems with his leg circulation and it's not getting better. Other than his weight, dad is healthly.  We want Dad around to see us graduate, teach us how to drive and get married. We LOVE our dad so much. We hope you can Help! God Bless you.

This is due to the weight after working a 12 hour shift, the pain is unbearable.   With your support i will be able to pay for a gastric sleeve surgery, lose weight, and live a normal lifestyle.
