Pine Ridge Fire Recovery Fund

Hello,
My husband Dennis, our sons Travis, and Garrett, and I became recent property owner in the Pine Ridge Community on Cressman Rd in Shaver Lake which was burnt by the Creek Fire. Our family was fortunate, that our property was spared , but many property owners were not so fortunate. 60 out of 90 homes burned in that fire.
We would like to give back to the community who have suffered great losses. Many homes, properties, and structures in this community burned, as well as the forests. Animals left behind that survived, need food and care. A large portion of this community had permanent residences. It was their only homes. Some elderly. Also, some residences could not afford fire insurance, therefore have no insurance to replace their homes. It is a total loss for them.
We would like to raise money to help this community in anyway that we can. Our objective for starting this fund is to give direct help to our neigbors, by voluntering our manual labor to anyone who needs it, and be able to purchase needed tools, generators, chainsaws, feed for live stock, food and water, as many wells on properties were lost due to the fire. Several property owners lost heavy equipment which helped keep our roads clear in the winter month. One of the few existing Saw Mills that was in our community, was destroyed.
We have a wonderful hard working volunteer fire department, that have for many years maintained the community with a future fire in mind. This fire was unstoppable, and several community firefighters lost everything, even while they tried saving others. The firefighters in our community lost some of their fire equipment in this fire.
Having a home still here in Fresno, and a cargo trailer available, we could pick up tools, and whatever the community needs to clear roads, cleanup properties affected by the fire. Plus get feed for survived animals, and help keep the volunteer fire fights going. They have worked long exhausting hours.
During these trying and hard times, it may be hard to come up with a donation. Anything would be appreciated, and if you can't give, please share this information with other.
