Get Warrior Media Students To Denver

Pueblo High School’s media department has been given the opportunity to take students to Denver, Colorado, to participate in a Denver Nuggets game on December 2n d and to report on the jersey retirement of Pueblo alumni (Class of 1978) Fat Lever, a former NBA player. Four of our school’s media students and the required two chaperones will be partaking in this experience. The students will be representing our four different media programs: television, radio, newspaper and yearbook. This trip will begin on Friday, December 1st , and we will return on the evening of Sunday, December 3rd .
At this time, we are in need of $2500 to purchase the airfare for the four students and the two chaperones. Mr. Lever has secured all other arrangements for us, including hotel expenses as well as tickets and press passes to the Pepsi Center Stadium in Denver.
We will be including a thank you to everyone who supports this event in the yearbook. Unfortunately, we are operating on a very tight time line with this. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
