As many of you know, I have started a not for profit  organisation that uses physical exercise for those suffering from poor mental health and  as a relapse prevention tool for those in active recovery from addictions from alcohol and drugs.
It is something I believe in 100% and  I know it works as it has saved my life when I was in the depths of addiction and depression. I feel blessed that I am now in a position to help people.
All funds donated will go towards providing help directly to anyone who needs it.  
Poor mental health and Addiction doesn't discriminate  who they affect. Your help will literally change the life of anyone who wants support.
Any funds will be put into action with 100% of it going directly to  provide the help  and support to those who are fighting daily to live a healthy life
