I am raising money for...
My Volunteer trip to teach English in Ethiopia. I have worked with children for many years now and have developed a passion for it. I want to use what I have learned in school to contribute to a greater good, and this is the call I have been waiting for. However I will be funding the trip on my own and am unsure if I will have the available funds. The school I will be working at provides me with free housing but I will have to cover the flight, food, and internet access(so I can keep everybody updated!).
I will be working at a compound that houses an orphanage and a Catholic school. The schools enrollment is half children from the orphanage and the other half are children from wealthy families. The families of the wealthy children pay to allow the children from the orphanage the chance to have an education. I will be leaving in either late August or early September and stay there for the school year(Sept-June).

My round trip flight to Addis Ababa and some other things like food and internet access.
