Perez emergency medical expences

On the night of the accident my son was on his way home heading south and another vehicle was heading north. The other driver was trying to avoid a road work and entered my son lane. As a result the two collided head on and my son was thrown from his motorbike quite a distance. He was knocked unconscience and  sustained injuries to this entire left side including brain damage. I was told that he may loose his left foot at the ankle  because there was no pulse. In the end they got a pulse and was able to save the foot. He also fractured his left wrist and i was told that he has aphasia (disorder stemming from damage to the language portion of the brain or communication disorder that intereferes with the ability to process, understand or speak language). He was in the intensive care unite for1 week on a breathing machine and is now in male surgical . He needs to be air lifted to Jackson Memorial for intensive speech & language therapy and cognitive therapy by a neuropsychologist as well as physical therapy for his limbs. He dose not have medical insurance and the driver of the other vehicle does not have a policy to cover injuries in the vehicle that he (the driver) was driving. I am in need of a lot of assistance please to save my son's life . He was 28 years old yesterday January 2nd .
