It's the 30th anniversary of A League of Their Own, voted one of the top ten sports movies of all time! Who can forget some of the movie's best scenes featuring the Rockford Peaches bus - from Tom Hanks mistakenly kissing the chaperone to Madonna teaching a fellow teammate how to read from a risque paperback?

Like the iconic bus in the 1992 movie, when restored, our 1940s Silversides bus will be the centerpiece of the future museum for the International Women's Baseball Center (IWBC) at Beyer Stadium, home of the Rockford Peaches from 1943 to 1954 in Rockford, Illinois (internationalwomensbaseballcenter.org).

Be a "peach" and donate whatever you can through our GoFundMe/PeachesBus campaign to help us raise $25,000 toward our overall bus restoration goal of $100,000. With your help, we'll get it spiffed up and ready to go!

Thank you in advance for your interest and your generous contribution to our museum. Go Peaches!
