Epilepsy service dog

My name is Zachary Charalampous. I graduated this year from high school, was on the swim team, in the international club, a trainer for the sports teams, the president for HOSA, and was an ambassador for the Health and Science Academy. I am now nineteen and a freshman in college. I have been living with epilepsy since the first grade. I have had 4 brain surgeries, a brain implant, a chest implant, and I take over 1000mg of industrial medication every day. I only have seizures while I'm asleep. The past week I have had them while awake, and this is not normal. The last time I had seizures while awake was when I was younger, but we got them under control. I started having them again while awake for about a week now. I have had several episodes. I have had a seizure in my college class, at work, and at home, all where I could have used assistance. This past Saturday, I was walking up the stairs, had a seizure, and fell backward, hitting the back of my head on the concrete.
Now my seizures are becoming more frequent. I now have to have eyes watching me at all times to make sure I am safe. After much consideration, I have come to the point in my life where I need a service dog. A service dog will help me to continue to live a normal as can be life such as continue going to college, being out in public, continue going to work, or whenever I am alone. A service dog can range anywhere from $15,000 - $40,000. For the people that know about me and my situation and have prayed for me, I am very, very thankful and beyond blessed. I am asking for support in helping me find and obtain a service dog that will allow me to continue living a normal as can be life.
