Paula's Palate Posse

I, Paula Herman Smith  have been a catering for friends and friends of friends in NW Houston for years as Paula's Palate Houston.

We are in the middle of a Catastophic Hurricane Flood Event! I have prayed about a way to use my gifts to help others during this time.  We know so many "Angels" that are taking in displaced families. My idea is to have a posse of friends to help me shop, cook and deliver home cooked meals once a week to host families in our neck of the woods...the NW Houston area. We want to  lighten the load cooking wise once a week for a period of time for the host families we know about that are taking in others in their time of need.

I have been deluged with out of town folks wanting to contribute money to buy food for my endeavorI have mentioned on my FaceBook with my Posse of friends. I wanted to be transparent on what is raised instead of linking to Paypal!

All donations will go 100% to purchasing ingredients for meals. Many thanks for your consideration as a way to show up during this horrific time in the life of my city.
