Pastor Richard Young is an Associate Pastor at First Southern Baptist church in Kingman, AZ. He is the husband of Fannie, our church secretary, and the father to a strong and loving family.
Richard has been experiencing a series of medical problems which have resulted in a grave reduction of kidney function. His insurance has been an ongoing problem, (cancelling him without cause, reinstating him, but then delaying the payments reimbursing/paying the claims during the cancellation,) and so on.
He has gone through all the hoops to get on the transplant list and then the insurance, or complications or something else, keeps knocking him off. It has been heartbreaking to watch. The money is now really tight and no one wants money to decide whether Richard will live.

How the funds will be used ?
Yesterday we had a false alarm of a kidney available for transplant. Unfortunately, the kidney ended up not being viable, however Richard and Fannie turned to your donations as a way to help pay for the hotel and related costs so that he could pursue that opportunity.
These types of support expenses, and the endless medical expenses they are incurring, are where the funds for this campaign will be applied.
