Pardue Family Home Repair Fund

This site was created by Julie Cratty, sister of Houstonian Amy Pardue, as a place for friends and family to come together to show support for the Pardue family in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. Amy, her husband Lee, and their 2 year old son Blaise are looking at catastrophic damage to their home.  They are only a few weeks away from welcoming Baby #2 (due Sept 16). Many people have asked how they could help.  I (Julie) thought this would be the easiest way for them to get tangible help.

The Pardues had just bought their first home and spent the past few months working on it and getting it ready for Baby, so this is a tremendous blow.  The entire first floor is completely submerged with chest high water, Amy's car is destroyed, no belongings or furnishings were salvaged from the first floor, and they do not have any flood insurance.  We are still waiting to find out if there is structural damage to the foundation. Amy and Lee evacuated in the middle of the night with Amy 37 weeks pregnant, and took nothing with them. They are currently staying with friends and looking for a more long term place to stay while they repair their home.

The Lord has been gracious to begin to lift their spirits during this time, and they are so appreciative to the many who have asked how they can help.  Any funds raised here will go directly to the Pardue family, to be used to replace all of the belongings that were destroyed and to rebuild their home.  Thank you so much for your love, generosity, and kindness for Amy, Lee, Blaise and Baby Pardue!
