Participation in the Para Finland Open 2019

My name is Nuno Humberto Almeida Duarte, I am 54 years old. I have a motor deficiency (Tetra - amputee) resulting from a bacterial infection (Sepsis / September 2016), which originated Transradial amputation of the upper limbs as well as the Transtibial amputation of the lower limbs.
At this moment I am in a wheelchair, in recovery, with prostheses in the upper limbs and in the preparatory phase for the placement of the prosthesis of the lower limbs.
Despite this unforeseen event, as soon as I recovered, I decided that I wanted to lead my life in the best way and that was when I entered the practice of adapted Table Tennis at Vitória Futebol Clube in Setúbal. During this journey I began to participate in stages of the national FPTM Para-Table tennis circuit.
Having as a dream to be one day Paralympic Athlete in the Adapted Table Tennis modality I try to participate in all the possible tests, both national and international in order to obtain experience and competitive evolution.
From 11 to 13 October 2019 the "Table Tennis Finland Open F20 - 2019" event will be held in Lahti for which I am preparing to participate.
In this sense, I hereby request financial support / contribution for expenses related to:
• Travel / Transportation
• Accommodation
