Paralyzed. Helping Kat to Stand up

I was in a Serious car wreck in which I was thrown from the car as it went over the side. It broke my spine, cracked open my head, collapsed both lungs, fractured 8 ribs, broke both shoulders and Paralyzed me from the breasts down. I am asking for help in trying to get a standing frame which will help save my life. It helps my blood pressure, my heart, my stomach, my bone density, and my self esteem. The standing frame puts my body back into its original standing position which allows things to function normal and allows me to stand and be level.I don't feel like i'm always having to be looked down upon. Please help me in standing again, and any help will do
