Pamela's Emergency Fund

As many of you already know, I have been sick since August 2013. I didn't have health insurance so I ended up on Charity Care for a few months. The care I received was inadequate, and I progressively got worse. I had a heart attack in October 2013. So far, I have been diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse, Uncontrolled Hypertension (I am not responding to any of the medications they have tried), COPD, Asthma, Raynaud's, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Vertigo, Severe Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Lymes Disease,  Lupus and other connective tissue disoders. I am still going through tests to determine the cause of all of this, as well as dealing with a Cervical and Lumbar Spine Sprain. My medical issues have prevented me from being able to work. I have been waiting for SSD and SSI, but it will take a few more months to get the decision.

It has been a long and painful journey but I wouldn't have made it this long without the love and support from my family and friends.
