Our dad Dave Crowder "Pa" was diagnosed with metatastic melanoma on July 17th, 2017. The recommended treatment has already begun. Dave has already completed intense high dose treatments of radiation. He has been approved for immunotherapy
(Ipilimumab Yervoy shots) through his insurance at the Oncology Institute of Hope & Wellness. Our dad needs funds immediatley. In order to start immunotherapy he will need an estimated minimum 10% co-pay just to start, this is where WE NEED YOU! The Yervoy shot is $30,000 per injection, and our dad needs 4 injections that totals $120K for his treatment plan. Any dontation will help in more ways than you could ever imagine, big or small. The longer it takes to start the Yervoy treatment, the sicker he could potentially become. By donating to his medical fund you are giving him hope & peace to only focus on treament and getting better each day. We are creating this page on our dads behalf as he is too humble to ask friends & family for treatment support. Our dad is looking forward to completing his treament, spending time fishing with his grandkids, Thursday night jam sessions with his band the Grey Matter and camping in the mountains with his 4 daughters.
