Costs for Stage 4 Kidney Patient

I'm setting up this GoFundMe page for my brother who is 63 with stage 4 kidney failure. We need funds to aide in helping him get an outside chair lift installed to help him get in and out of the house as well as out of pocket expenses it cost to transport him to and from dialysis three days a week.
He fell on Christmas which landed him in the hospital and he’s been in and out of rehabilitation since then because we have no safe way of getting him in and out of the house.
He has dialysis early in the mornings so our local transit company who would be cheaper cannot come at 4:30 a.m. to pick him up so we had to go with an Ambulette Company, which charges $80.00 per day. He is very weak from this chronic disease and also has bone on bone osteoarthritis in his knees.
He is unable to take care of himself now so we have moved his bed into our living room and requires full time home care which his insurance also does not cover so his niece stays home with him until I get home from work but for now we regularly visit him.
We love him and miss him tremendously!
His insurance will only cover him staying at the rehabilitation center he is at now for a little while longer and if he comes home and we have no way of getting him in and out of the house we dont know what we are going to do so we really need help. Last time he had to call an ambulance to get him in and out of the house
Any donated amounts will be greatly appreciated. His quality of life depends on this much needed chair lift, transportation and medical costs not covered by his insurance. Being on disability he has a limited income,
