This past month has been a difficult one, Eli lost his job and I'm not making enough at mine. Rent is due NOW and we're struggling to pay it. Our landlord is merciless and wants her money asap. She won't have any problems evicting us.
Many don't know this, but after Eli was discharged from the army, we were literally homeless. We lived out of a hotel and our truck for three sorrowful weeks, Eli and I had hit rock bottom in every single way, we were even going to divorce. I cannot and will not put my kid's through that again.
We can't afford to lose our place, our kids and us have suffered enough.
We love our home, it's a perfect place for us to settle until we build up our credit and buy a permanent home.
We're incredibly broken hearted and just need help. This was our last resort. My pride is officially in ruins, but I need to take care and provide for my family, and that's where y'all come in.
