Welcome to the Asili Museum Research & Development Inst.'s
crowdfunding site. Located in the Cincinnati, Ohio inner-city neighborhood of Walnut Hills, our research brings authentic traditional and contemporary Indigenous culture and heritage directly to the "Hood" by providing a range of vibrantly artistic and educational exhibits and services. We are determined to be the difference that we're all looking and longing for... and we're doing a pretty good job of it!

Our Goal Amount is 350,000, which will be used to finish our minor renovations, have our grand opening celebration for our facility, and to secure staff. If everyone does a little, no one has to do a lot. Every bit helps and together we can reach and exceed this goal, which will allow us to continue to research cultural awareness by providing academic, artistic, health & Wellness, and economic enrichment activities to inner city families, especially children. Please see the great rewards that you will receive in exchange for your donation.

Our purpose is to research and encourage the display of contemporary Indigenous heritage and genealogy from an autonomous perspective.

Our mission
is to provide the public with affordable exhibit space and institutions that showcase global Indigenous culture and genealogical restoration.

Our Exhibits, Programs, and Events
reconnect people, particularly children with their cultural heritage through workshops that engage in psychology, spirituality, health, and economics. They give our patrons that warm and fuzzy feeling that stems from pride and dignity. The concepts and principles that our exhibits are derived from align Indigenous people with values and standards that speak to their traditional greatness. This knowledge reconnects Indigenous people to Indigenous standards that define character and restore culturally normalcy. It also exposes all communities to the true beauty and viability of Indigenous culture, people, and heritage.

Our facility welcomes all people of all ethnic backgrounds to experience and celebrate the ingenuity and globalism of Indigenous heritage.

The Asili Museum Research & Development Inst. is a colorful and culturally friendly environment that is conducive to self healing, one that has been carefully designed to be inspiring, motivating, and empowering. It is a synergy space that nurtures Indigenous ideology, spirituality, and growth. The Asili Museum Research & Development Inst. is dedicated to reminding Indigenous people of their great past, and also to preparing them to make an even greater future for self and community. Because our institution reflects an autonomous perspective, it is a familiar and SAFE environment that encourages (Self-Awareness and Freedom of Expression.)

Our focus is Accountability. We encourage people to look inside of themselves for answers to their situations and conditions. We understand and perpetuate that Indigenous people are the solutions to Indigenous problems.
