Operation Save Trooper!

Trooper was abandoned by his owners.  They claimed he wasn't his and they didn't know what happened to his leg, but his microchip proved the he did indeed belong to them.  They still wouldn't tell us what happened to his leg.  We will probably never know the truth of what happened to his leg, but what we do know is that it is broken and he needs our help.  The small town shelter he is currently housed at can't afford a complicated treatment, but, with your help, we can Save Trooper!
Trooper is a young dog with a wonderful temperament.  He hasn't so much as grumbled while splinting his leg.  The vets feel he has a good prognosis if we can x-ray his leg and determine the appropriate course of action which may be a cast/splint or surgery.
Any funds raised above the amount needed for Trooper will be used to save additional dogs in need from the Perkins Animal Shelter.
