Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Donation protected
My plan, God willing, is to live long enough to see my children grow up and have families of their own. However, this is starting to look like a real possibility now that I am CANCER FREE!!!  Also our needs have changed as well.  We just got word that the house we rent, along with many other houses owned by the same realter, are being sold.  Now we don't have to be out immediately, however once the bank decides to sell they only have to give us 30 days notice.  We are staying in Coupeville no matter what and have been putting some money aside for the big move. The problem is the move will cost around $3,000-$4,500 including 1st Month and a Security deposit.   We are no where near $4,500 at this point and we are praying that the sale of the house is delayed as long as possible.   As far as our current financial situation, we are doing better than we were in the last six months. The main goal now is to keep paying all of our current medical bills so they don't go to collections.   So, that is why I have a goal of raising $3,000.  If anyone is able to help us with these hefty moving costs or our current medical bills, honestly any amount helps!!

I was humbled to get a request to be interviewed for the newspaper because of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.   I was shocked when I saw myself on the cover of two newspapers.

You can read all about it and see a few pictures as well.  The reporter did an excellent job and even interviewed my mom, husband, and children.  He spent over 2 hours in my home really getting to know me.  It was an experience I will never forget!!!  He encouraged me to take the journal that is featured in one of the pictures and finish writing my novel.  If anyone who has experience in editing would be available to help me out please contact me via Facebook.   Thank you again for all of your help.  I wouldn't be here today without the prayers, love, and support of my family, friends,  and people around the country  (most of whom I have never met).

One last thing.  If you can't donate PLEASE don't feel bad.  I know how hard it is to struggle financially and wouldn't want anyone to donate even $1.00 if they can't afford it.

One a positive note, I am still celebrating at Ciao as soon as the owner and I work out the details.   He is an amazing friend and I am honored to know him.  I will be in touch with the details so you all can attend when the time comes! !!!!

Here is a picture of my me and my Mom right before I lost my hair on May 24th, 2010. I had decided to dye my hair pink before it fell out because I thought the kids would enjoy that and it would make it less scary. I tried doing it with Josh after we sort of bleached my hair and we wrecked it. I mean it was bad, bad. Luckily, Robin, the owner of The Gallery here in Oak Harbor, WA had someone who works for her professionally fix it and color it the bright pink you see in this photo. It is funny looking back and thinking about how much harder this is on me now than it was back then. Back then I knew I would be fine and that I would beat it. This time it has been A LOT harder for me to have blind faith that God will take of this just like he healed people all throughout the Bible. I have to believe that Jesus is the same today as he was yesterday and will be the same tomorrow so why wouldn't he have the ability to heal me completely? The answer is, there is no reason he can't heal me if it is his will, HE WILL.
