Olympic Grove's Trailer Build

We are Olympic Grove , a mobile bar, yard game, and pizza by-the-slice event service in South Louisiana. We plan to cater a variety of events within the Acadiana and surrounding areas including festivals, weddings, parties, business functions and promotional events.

After hosting two very successful pop-up events we have hit a wall. The Lafayette Health Dept. will no longer allow us to host events without being inside a mobile unit. Because of this we are being forced to build a bar/kitchen trailer. We have decided to build a custom trailer instead of buying one, because we feel that this will truly fit our brand that we have worked so hard to create.


So this is where we need your help. We are launching this campaign to raise $5,000 to build a trailer to keep Olympic Grove alive. We have received so much positive support and feedback about how this is bettering our community and we can’t thank you all enough. It is what is making us work so hard to get back up and running as soon as possible. This has been a dream of mine for several years and it’s been so amazing turning it into a reality and to have people actually enjoy what we’ve created.

Incentives:
We are offering these 6 reward packages below:

$1000 - You tell us your favorite liquor and we'll come up with a cocktail and let you name it or we'll name it after you and give you 2 free for our next pop-up event. - (Limit 2) 

$500 - You get to choose the name of one of our pizza's or we'll name one after you and give you a whole free pizza for our next pop-up event. - (Limit 2) 

$250 - Get an Olympic Grove t-shirt that says "I made Olympic Grove happen." Shoot, we'll throw a sticker and a koozie in as well.

$100 - We'll make Olympic Grove koozies that say "I made Olympic Grove happen." and give you one of your favorite beers to go inside that koozie at our next pop-up event.

$50 - Stephen will personally give you a shout out during our next pop-up event.

$25 - At our next pop-up event we'll slap an Olympic Grove sticker on your shirt, tell you thanks, and give you a hug for your support.

If your donation does not equal the amount of a reward package, you will be given the reward package directly below the amount you've donated. If your donation amount adds up to the sum of multiple reward packages, then you will be given those reward packages. For out of town donators, we will mail you a personally written Olympic Grove branded thank you card and item, if mailable, that corresponds with your reward package.

When we hit our goal, we will throw a private party in Lafayette, LA for all of our contributors. We will also have a brass plaque engraved and mounted on the trailer with the names of all of our contributors.

Trailer plans:

After several months of research and design we have come up with plans that we think will be absolutely beautiful. We are very excited to build this trailer and need your help in any way possible, but mainly we are looking for help financially as of now.

We are going to be building this entire trailer by ourselves. Every cut, nail, paint will be done by us and we love that.


We are so excited to get back up and running and can't thank you enough in advance for every hard earned dollar you donate to us.
