Officer struck in the line of duty

It's that one phone call you never want to receive as the wife of an officer. Last night, Officer Reeves was hit by another vehicle. Officer Reeves had to be extricated from his patrol care and life flighted to the closest trauma center. Officer Reeve's is stable but awaiting surgery. He has a broken Pelvis and 4 broken ribs. This officer bleeds BLUE like no other! I am honored to call this man my dear friend, colleagues, and well family. I have worked with Officer Reeve's for about 10 years when he worked with the Sandy Springs Police Department, SWAT team and now resides with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office. He has a beautiful wife who just recently had surgery on her foot, so now they are both down. They also have 3 outstanding young boys. This is going to put Rod out of work for some time until he heals and Megan has been working on her broken foot for days. Their 3-year-old is no match for 2 broken people. I started this page to help them with bills, (air ambulance cost hundreds of thousands of dollars), medical bills, therapy and anything else that they will need to get them by the holidays! Please find it in your hearts to help this young family. Not only does this man give his life and limb for you but who now is in need of the public to please help and give back!
