Obaze - Onyemelukwe Anambra 2017

I am Dr Judy Umeukeje from Uga,  Aguata Anambra State, currently residing in New Jersey, United States of America. I got to know Mr. Oseloka Henry Obaze (OHO) through his wife Dr. Ofunne Obaze whom I worked with  at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC, a world class hospital). Prior to working with her, she was my humble- but- no-nonsense mentor when I was a resident doctor in pediatrics at UMDNJ-NJMS now Rutgers-NJMS Newark New Jersey. I had some of my rotations at  the hospital where nothing short of your best is expected. She worked me so hard that giving my possible best  became second nature to me. She armed me for real world practice! Her watchword and practical password is integrity bearing in mind that her actions and decisions affect the lives of others. She  believes in continuous improvement. Her humility leaves me in awe. It is no surprise when I finally met OHO, again I confirmed that it takes 2 to tango. He has great leadership skills. OHO is diligent, humble, accommodating, a problem solver and an intense and objective listener who gives a fair chance to everyone. What others call a problem, he calls an opportunity to add value and improve situations. That pertained as well to his career with United Nations and as the SSG. He works effectively and efficiently to excel rather than shine! His satisfaction is seeing the positive change he has impacted on people’s lives. He has a gift of discernment, thus recognizes talents easily, mentoring many young people of different gender.  It is therefore hardly surprising that in a world of politics dominated by men, OHO beat a different path by selecting Lady Chidi Alexandra Onyemelukwe as his partner and running mate.
