Help me pay for my cancer surgery

I have recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. I have had other medical expenses that have ... well... maxed out my credit cards and drained my bank accounts. This is not my first battle with cancer but my 4th and all of them have been different.
Let's talk about this time around... I will need some additional procedures and tests to help with staging my lung cancer prior to my surgery for a lobectomy on March 1st which will require a 3-4 day hospital stay. The surgery and hospital stay will be much more than I can pay for, not to mention the 3-4 week recovery time that I will not be able to work while I recover. Another side to the financial burden is they require all of the money to be paid upfront the day before your surgery. I was told by a finance collector the night before my biopsy that if I did not pay her my deductible and the 15% co-insurance I would not be able to have my biopsy done the following day. That biopsy led to the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma (Non Small Cell - thankfully but nevertheless - lung cancer).
Honestly, I have raised money for the American Cancer Association, Susan G. Komen and a few other charities but I never thought I would be asking for help for myself and let me tell you, it's a very humbling experience.
I would be most grateful if you are able to help me and very understanding if you cannot.
