Pray for Noah Ko

Donation protected
Noah Ko is often described by his family, friends and teachers as the happiest boy in the room. His sense of humor is infectious and his laugh contagious. He loves playing super heroes with his brother Matthew, wrestling with his daddy Frank and snuggling with his mommy Carol. Noah has never met a stranger and welcomes everyone he meets with a smile and a high five.  At the young age of 3 years old, Noah has impacted so many in such a positive way.

The Ko’s recently received a diagnosis no parent wants to hear; your child has cancer.  Noah has been diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma.  DIPG is an extremely rare and highly aggressive brain stem tumor that occurs almost exclusively in children under the age of 10.  While there have certainly been medical advances in treatment of different types of cancer, unfortunately DIPG is not one of them.

The prognosis for DIPG patients is dire, however, Frank and Carol remain steadfast in their faith and believe miracles can happen.  Noah will undergo 6 weeks of radiation treatment at Emory Hospital.  The purpose of the radiation treatment is to shrink the tumor to allow Noah to have quality time with his friends and family.  During this time, Frank and Carol’s sole focus will be on their family at home.  Please help us raise money to support the Ko family to alleviate any financial stress that would take away from their time together.

Your time, prayers and/or donations are greatly appreciated.
