Nick DeNardis needs our help

On Thursday 12/3 Nick went to Chilton Hospital Emerency room and was admitted later that night because of an irregular heartbeat. Because there was so much stress on his heart theyput an impella device on him to give his heart a rest. At this time he also had a breathing tube because he was not able to breath on his own.  At this point he was sedated and the doctors at Chilton told Pam that this was all they could do and they transfered him to Morristown Memorial Hospital. He arrived at Morristown and was admitted to the Cardic Care Unit ( CCU). On Friday it was touch and go for him and they told Pam ( his wife ) that he may not survive. While he was sedated they put in a balloon and a pick line. After that surgery he was stable and his vitals were good but it was still touch and go.  On Saturday he was still the same.  On Sunday they moved him up to the Critical Care Unit where they started him on blood thinners since he had blood clots in his right arm and leg. As of now he is still on blood thinners and now after 5 days they put him in his own room. As of today he is undergoing allot pain since they are trying to ween him off pain killers. 

This is going to be a very long road for Nick and he has put a smile on many peoples face. We all must pray that he gets better and hope for a speedy recovery.  I have set a goal of $10,000, however, if we can raise more that would be great. The medical bills that he will have will be pilling up and anything we can do to get this man and his family back on his feet will be greatly appreciated..

I know we all want to see him however please lets give him some time to regain his strength since he is weak and His wife thanks everybody very much.. I will keep updates on here as soon as I get them as well.
