This January I hope to run* 50KM to raise money for Stefs Animal Rescue based in the north east. 

I am asking for your sponsorship to help cover the costs of veterinary fees, food, transport and care of the many animals that will enter the rescue after the Christmas period. 

Any support will be much appreciated!

I am also encouraging everyone who can to set yourself a goal and fundraise for your own local rescue. They do an amazing job year round so why not get fit while also helping the animals!
