Nick's Medical Recovery Fund

Nick is a Staff Sergeant/SSG in the Minnesota Army National Guard and has seen battle more than once, but it was here....... at home........when no one expected it...... that he suffered from a tramatic brain injury.

On October 9th, 2015 he was in a motorcycle accident (no one else was involved) that left him unconcious and unresponsive for several days.

When the accident occured he was in the midst of taking a big step....moving in with his girlfriend Brenna. She did not leave his side for more than a few moments for the first week and is only now trying to pull herself away just long enough to care of the everyday details Nick can not handle himself.

He is going through multiple forms of therapy to regain his ability to walk and talk again. He is able to walk with assistance and say a few words at this time.

He is currently unable to work due to his injury but the bills do not stop for the injured. He has medical bills, rent, and utility bills that need to be paid while he is healing......and he has a long road ahead of him.
