Deductible "Raise The Roof" Money

As most of you know, New Beginnings took the brunt of the storm Friday night.  The roof was torn off the building at Meadowlark Commons, the site of our Transitional Housing facility, and the intense downpour washed through the building, severely damaging most of the offices and quite a few of the apartments.  This is the building where homeless humans start out...are assessed, and start their journey to better their lives.


This is the heart of our operations, everything from important government documents, to the offices where we talk to people about how they ended up homeless, and how we can make a plan to get them back into the community as productive members of society.

As of right now, close to 20 people are displaced, with no where to go...and homeless again.

The problem is, over the years New Beginnings has taken quite a few hits with fires, vandalism, and other acts of nature and man.   



The deductible for damages done from Saturdays freak storm is $22,640.00

We are looking to raise $22K in the next week.  A difficult goal to say the least, but we have partners and will be in a "Black Out" for September and cannot raise any money during that month.

Please, please, please help us meet this goal.  We are in desperate need to bring peace to the residents, and staff here at New Beginnings, INC.
