New drug for horse melanoma. Individual innovation
Donation protected
The cover photo shows Wolf - before; about to have his tail amputated, and Wolf after one month of BarEquimel®. His tail was saved. A second photo shows Coffee in May 2022 compared to after 6 months using BarEquimel®. In May, Coffee could not normally defecate and after 6 months, Coffee was defecating more normally and had obvious reduction of dark lesions.
The system favors Big Pharma, not individual innovators. But Dr. Maureen McKenzie was so passionate about her horse Ray, she formulated a combination of natural ingredients to specifically address gray horse melanoma. The formula is patent pending and is so safe and effective we are going to submit BarEquimel® as a New Animal Drug.
There is a huge initial fee of hundreds of thousands of dollars. It is so costly Big Pharma happily initiates new animal drug applications to be able to stifle individual innovators. Individual innovators simply cannot afford the fees. I have asked for a waiver of the initial fees and will proceed with the application when a waiver is granted. We still face other fees and other expenses.
BarEquimel® is the first of 3 formulas designed to address melanoma in horses. The formulas specifically influence genetic pathway targets to restore body functions like defecating, reduce dark lesions, relieve discomfort and is believed to prolong the lives of horses with advanced stages of melanoma.
A New Animal Drug designation for the BarEquimel formula will allow for more veterinarians to be aware of its designation and to have a safe and effective treatment protocol publicly available.
BarItch™ and BarEquimel® are Patent Pending products from BarEquimel®. BarItch™ is an abbreviated formula of BarEquimel® that consistently relieved itching in dogs and horses due to insect bites, allergies, and other causes.
Help us challenge big pharma with a new drug by a private innovator. Please be generous, bureaucracy is expensive!
