Hi everyone: I am relaunching my GFM page.

I am Zenoba, Poet  and creator of Neo_SoulZ.  As you know I have been creating spoken word and poetry open mics  since 2008  renting other peoples dreams (venues) and I am ready to open my very own creative arts venue for poets and spoken word artists with the help of you beautiful people. 

My business...Neo_SoulZ is an open mic entertainement business where we use our gift of spoken word & poetry to uplift and encourage people. People are  healed by our words. I offer an space  for poets unlike any other, and poetry events are among the things I do best.

This new creative arts venue for poets will  be for other poets who often look for a safe haven to write, perform and network with other poets. This will also be for the community...a place for those who may need a creative outlet to escape their reality. This will be a venue for like minds to write and recite.  A venue for poets and poet .  connoisseurs.

Neo_SoulZ will create jobs for people in the spoken word and poetry world.

Neo_SoulZ  will offer a makeshift stage for poets that has an exquisite ambiance of beautiful people, dim lights, candles, and a venue filled with tantalizing soulfulness. Poetry is an art form. Neo_SoulZ is a platform where the stage becomes the poets canvas.

I'm determined to take Neo_SoulZ to the next level and make it a success by putting my faith into action and believing that if I can see it, believe it then I can achieve it!

A dream coming to fruition...

( I created a kids open mic for the Boys & Girls Club in Jersey City for a gang awareness program)



I have created spoken word & poetry books for kids. I read the poems at different schools and nonprofit orgs. This poetry reading was given at Building and Strengthening Strong Families nonprofit org. July 2016

Your donations  will be appreciated and will play a major part in Neo_SoulZ by allowing me to finally open my Poetry Studio.

The funding will go towards the lease, decor,  utilities and other expenses that goes along with opening a business

We as poets do not have a place to call home here in NJ. There are no steady venues here for us to meet up every week, every day if need be.
