Nelson's House Fire Relief

On behalf of Danielle Nelson and daughter Ryleigh, we are pleased to start this page for those who would like to support the Nelson family as they recover from a devastating house fire. On December 15th around 7:30PM, Danielle and Ryleigh lost all their earthly possessions due to faulty wiring in the home they were renting.  Unfortunately, Danielle didn't have renter's insurance.  Just 10 days before Christmas, a single mother and her daughter lost everything.  EVERYTHING!!!!  Let that sink in a little while I tell you a little bit about Danielle.  She is a single mother of a beautiful 4 year old little girl.  She has worked for Carolina Event Staffing supporting the Florence Civic Center as a house keeper, usher, and parking lot attendant since April of this year.  Danielle works her butt off to "make it on her own".  She doesn't have a car so she makes it to work any way she can: utilizing the city bus, walking, taking a cab, and sometimes getting a  ride from friends.  The point here is: She gets to work too make a better life for her daughter!!!!!  She eargerly accepts any work that we're able to give her.  She is an example for others to immulate.   Even though so much of what was lost can't be replaced, the funds from this page will go directly to helping restart Danielle and Ryleigh's life.  The funds will help with the following: -Immediate rental or hotel arrangements -Basic food and grocery items -Housing deposit/lease requirements -Clothing -Toiletries -Replenishing Christmas gifts for Ryleigh -Transportation -Furniture  We are grateful to God for watching over Danielle and Ryleigh and allowing them to make it out unharmed; however, there is certainly an emptiness that they must feel at this time.  While Carol and I are seeing to their immediate needs, the cost continues to rise.  We humbly ask for your help to put them on a better path.  Again, we appreciate any contribution to help this family as they get back on their feet. We are honored to help drive this fundraising effort.

While making a donation, the gofundme page will ask you to make a donation.  This is not for Danielle and Ryleigh, but is for the gofundme organazation.  Leaving a tip is completely up to the donor and is not required.  If you don't want to leave a tip, change the drop down to other and put $0.0 in the amount box.  Again, the tip amount doesn't go to the family and is completely optional.

In short: we are the employers of Daneille's part time job.  Our goal is to help Daneille and Ryleigh get back on the path of self suffieciency and allow them to have hope again.  We want them to know that society can and will help if you help yourself, and I can attest that Daneille has been doing just that.
