Neeley's Adoption Fund

For more than 20 years, I have been blessed to call Neeley my dearest friend and sister in Christ. It is my honor to share this amazing opportunity to you on her behalf. For those of you who know Neeley, you know her heart for children. She has cared for children in low income areas of our community as a teacher, she has loved them through her photography by capturing their innocence and joy, and she has a burning desire to care for orphans. After much prayer about the why's and the how's...she decided to be obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit and registered with an adoption agency. She has been waiting many months with great anticipation and I am delighted to report that there is a baby in the immediate future!
Neeley was chosen by a birth mother and we anticipate this baby will become available in just 5-6 weeks. IT IS TIME! Neeley has already utilized her savings and is trusting the Lord for the rest in order to complete this adoption. There are fee's that are due now to secure this baby for her. Neeley is currently seeking finances from another entity but these have not come in yet. This is where you, the Body of Christ, comes in. Please prayerfully consider donating to fund the remaining portion of the adoption. This cost will cover the rest of the agency fees, home studies, medical fees, legal fees, support for birth mom if requested, and any additional needs Neeley may have once she takes the baby home. Any funds she receives over the amount she needs, she will donate to fund another adoption.
As the Body of Christ, we have a mandate to care for the widows and the orphans. Not all of us are called to adopt but we can do something. By contributing, you will be sewing the love of Jesus into the life a child.
James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
Psalm 82: 5 says "Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed."
My God is not so small or too poor to handle this. He is a loving God who honors obedience and sacrifice. He wants Neeley to have the desires of her heart and He wants this child's birth to give him glory and honor.
It is important that we, as the Body of Christ, do not miss the timeframe set before us. The birth is expected within a few weeks, therefore, I am asking those of you who contribute to make your contributions by February 5th.
If 195 people donate $100 or 390 people donate $50, this need will be met, God will be glorified and Neeley will be a MOMMY! Feel free to share this link with those you believe would be willing to sew into this awesome opportunity.
