Need support for financial hardship

I’ve fallen on some pretty hard times. Seven years ago, my wife tragically became a quadriplegic, leaving me and my four children five and under heartbroken.

I stood by her side day in and day out to find out through her family that she wanted to file for divorce. I spent most of my money on attorneys to fight for my kids, my rights and my assets. I lost custody of my children and haven't seen them in three years, went practically bankrupt, and now I've been evicted from my house by my ex.

I'm a courier by profession, but a few weeks ago my car overheated and broke down. I cannot do my job without it, but I don't have the means to repair it ($3800). It was very humbling to write this and reach out for help, but two of my friends urged me to do it.

The support from my friends and family is greatly appreciated to help maintain my means of earning income and get me back on my feet. I have two new potential clients that I am on the verge of acquiring, so time is of the essence to fix my vehicle.
