Sisters Try for American Ballet Theater

We are Nailah (15 years old) and Nayomi (16 years old) Cunningham. We are two ballet students from Portland Metro Arts, a non-profit arts organization in southeast Portland. We were very fortunate to be accepted to American Ballet Theatre's (ABT) 3 week summer intensive this year. We will be able to take advantage of this amazing opportunity if we raise 100% of the funds. The amount listed above includes tuition, room and board, plane fare, food card provided by ABT, and a pair of pointe shoes each.
Much of our goal has been reached including checks we have gotten. We now have our tuition covered as well as room and board, so thank you to every one who has helped so far. We still need another $2,000 for air fare, leotards, and pointe shoes. Dancing is expensive, and we do not just want new leos and pointe shoes, we actually need them. Leotards cost about $30-$40 each and we are required to have five differently colored leos, which we don't have and there are two of us. Also, we need at least three pairs of pointe shoes each they can cost from $70-$100 and there are two of us, you do the math.
