Beloved family, friends and community...
It is with great excitement, a bit of anxiety, sincere joy, and deep rooted hope that i announce my acceptance and enrollment into the first year, Beyond Boundaries, of the Weaving Earth Immersion Program. For many years i have waited for life to come to me, to reveal my purpose. Within this waiting there has been much hesitation, self doubt, fear of failure and commitment. It has been an intense ride this first third of life, with many challenges, lots of healing and self discovery, and certainly many blessings. The waiting is over. The time is now, and this moment in humanity's evolution is calling me forth to live my truth! I am ready to run bravely into life's open arms, to CHOOSE my purpose and cross this threshold as an empowered, yet sensitive man. I do this for all of us, but especially for the children and the generations that will follow and it is my prayer that with these skills, teachings, and ways of being, we can all walk on life's good road in an honorable way with the hope that future generations will want to follow in our footsteps.
The Weaving Earth program is a nine month, two day per week immersion in a nature based culture that uses our relationships with our natural surroundings, our selves, and others to cultivate fully alive, fully connected, fully expressed human beings. We will steep ourselves in modern and ancient practices to develop skills in mentoring, applied permaculture, inner tracking, peacemaking, deep nature connection, tending the wild, creativity, holistic leadership, and community resiliency. The step of committing to this nine month program (with a possible second and third year continuation) is a big one for me. It is a serious commitment of time, energy, and resources, but one that i am courageously prepared to undertake. The alchemical process has already begun, as i can feel myself being nudged lovingly to think, act, and move through the world in new ways. This is a sure step "beyond boundaries" for me to compose this letter, sharing my heart vulnerably, humbly coming before you all, asking for your blessing and support. Wow! It's amazing what a thin line there is between fear and rapture!
I know for most of us it's high summer, and we're all buzzing around, busy as the bees, the trees, and all the other beautiful beings we share this season with! So i'll get to the point here! I am so willing, honored, and empowered to welcome you all to share this transformational journey with me, and humbly request your support emotionally, energetically, and financially. The tuition for the program is $9330, with additional expenses for transportation, special events, and week long intensives. This is a big commitment and I can't do it alone! I will continue to work during the program to do my part to create the necessary abundance, and i would deeply appreciate your assistance in shouldering this load! As i write this i can envision the magical weaving of the web of all our connections being catalyzed and activated, our relationships growing closer and stronger through this dance of giving and receiving. I feel that in asking for your gifts, donations, and support i am giving you an opportunity to practice weaving Earth anew, but most of all to practice strengthening our communities, our families, and this vastly complex web of interrelatedness and interdependency. We were not designed to live so autonomous and separate, all thinking and feeling like we're on our own, struggling to make it in a world that is actually full of abundance and plenty for all. I truly believe there is enough for us all!! Let's share it, move it around, circulate it more fluidly, openly, trustingly! Let's work together to create the new culture of peace, prosperity, health, sustainability, and happiness for all!!!! The earth, our hearts, evolution is beseeching us to do so now! We, as humans are social, and village oriented creatures who not only fundamentally need deep connection, but who's survival may be dependent upon our ability to cooperate, share, and recreate a new village culture. The time is now! Let's climb into the saddle of our truth, our calling, our hopes and dreams in this Year of The Horse and trust the Wild Divine Spirit in All to carry us forward, where we truly want to go, where we deeply need to go...into the Great Mystery of Love to fulfill our Destiny!!! I am so honored to share this precious human life with you and look forward to being in deeper connection with you all!!
