As most of you know we, the Nozzle Forward cadre, donate our labor and financial support to a variety of charities every year. We hold a tight grip on our beliefs that community is more than the sum of its parts. That when help can be given, it is given.
This fundraiser is for one of our own's family. Three members of his family were injured in a very serious car accident recently. One of them is looking at a significant recovery period. Involved in the accident was our guy's old-man, who spent 30 plus years on the job, his step-mother, and his sister.
We would not be setting this up if the situation was not serious. We are trying to help offset some of the rapidly mounting costs. Anything donated would greatly help to offset a steep, and growing financial burden.
Our guy, nor his family, would ever ask for help, and they aren't. We, his kin, are the ones asking for help.
