Help My Very Special Jimmy

Thank you for considering helping my nephew, Jimmy. Jimmy's parents, Mike and my sister Carla, are my heroes. Jimmy's story began a little over 16 years ago.
My sister was 42, thrilled to be pregnant with twin identical boys, and fastly approaching her due date when tragedy struck. When they arrived at the hospital, they were told that they had already lost one of the boys. They rushed her into surgery and were able to save little Jimmy -- but he had already suffered a stroke at that point and his kidneys had shut down. They remained vigilantly at his side as he spent 5 months in the hospital. Eventually he was able to come home with dialysis, because he had no kidney function.
At around Jimmy's 1st birthday, my sister gifted him with one of her kidneys in a transplant surgery. Jimmy has done quite well with his new kidney.
For 16 years now, Mike, Carla, and my niece Olivia as well, have sacrificially and lovingly given Jimmy incredible care. If it weren't for them there is no doubt that Jimmy wouldn't still be here. He requires daily assistance -- as the stroke left him with severe speech difficulties, the need for tube feeding, and an inability to walk due to motor issues with his legs. The last 5 years have been particularly rough as he's been unable to attend school for the couple days a week he used to go to a special needs program due to a problem with chronic diarrhea. They've taken him to specialists in 3 states -- doctors with big credentials like Columbia Medical School and Johns Hopkins -- only to find them stumped by his condition. Needless to say this has been very hard on Jimmy, as his weight is down to about 50 lbs.
The cost of medications and his special formula for his tube feeding is enormous -- thousands and thousands of dollars each year. These are strong people who have worked hard to take care of their family and would gladly take the shirts off their backs to help someone else, even a stranger, in need.
What I'm asking of you is if you could please send your love by helping with just one element -- the annual cost of Jimmy's Goodnites underpants and Depends. They spend roughly $3000 a year buying these and wipes. I think the Goodnites are about $25 a pack at Walmart for example and they go through about 2 packs a week on a good week. And please send your prayers -- that would help them most of all.
