Living in extreme poverty & medical help needed

My name is Elaine Woo. My dear friend Muhammad and his family are suffering from severe medical as well as financial problems, so I am creating this GoFundMe campaign for them. Muhammad, his father, Faqeer, and his mother, Kareem live in a small village in Jatoi, Pakistan. He and his family are extremely poor. He does not earn enough money at his job to pay for treatment. His father has been diagnosed with prostate enlargement or BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) and his urethra is blocked. He requires surgery to remove part of his prostate so he can urinate. Right now, he can no longer urinate and has urinary retention, which needs medical attention immediately. He is also suffering from stomach or pelvic pain from the enlarged prostate. He requires surgery. His mother suffers from daily leg pain (arthritis). I and they would appreciate funds to help them as not only are they very poor and dream of an efficient home.  Right now, they live in a stick roof mud house without electricity, heat, and gas. Additionally, they don't eat well and feel hungry daily.  They need warm jackets and shoes for the winter season. Muhammad wishes for an electronic shaver and cell phone power bank.  He dreams of becoming a taxi driver and is in need of a car. They want to improve their life.
