Transgender Surgery Financial Help Needed

Hello, My name is Victoria, or as others know me as Heffboom Konijn. I am a transgender female who is having transition surgery this Christmas.
Before I explain why I am asking for financial help, please let me tell you about myself. This is very hard for me to do as I don't ask for help... let alone financial help. I am the one giving help; it hurts me emotionally and I feel ashamed to ask. In this situation I have no where else to turn :(
I am very humbled.
In my life, I am a 6yr experienced dual certified and credentialed EMT and behavior health technician. I have dedicated my life to saving others' lives, both physically and mentally. I have worked with homeless individuals, substance abuse persons, and saved the lives of patients who were in the process of overdosing on opioids and methamphetamine psychosis. I have saved numerous lives and will always always always put my own life at risk to save others.
I love all and care about all. I am a healer and have dedicated my life as such.
That being said I am in pain... almost all the time.
I have Gender dysphoria, rheumatoid arthritis, psych issues, and many more issues I fight every single day. I heal others while I seek healing from others.
I am asking with all my heart, my tears and my humility: please help me.
With all that said, I need financial help as I wont be able to work for upwards of 2-3 months. I am having my GRS/SRS surgery December 26th which will prevent me from working while I heal and can't move. I have short term disability. However, that covers only rent and does not cover any food, utilities, travel, and bills.
I am asking because I physically won't be able to work by job until March and I really really really need help.
I thank each and every one of you for any help you may be able to provide.
