Moving Assistance for Jon Davis

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about my current situation! People that know me well know how hard it is for me to ask for help in general even when my life consists of requiring help with care daily. I have decided to finally ask for some financial help in light of my first official move.
I am in the middle of transitioning to become more independent than I have in my whole life. October 24th, I will be moving in to my first apartment and will be handling my care, transportation, medical equipment solely on the limited income I currently have.
While this is a big moment for me and I am very excited, the past couple months have not been easy for me in terms of health and when I should be saving money for moving and preparing myself for that big change. I have been forced to buy extra medical supplies, fix a broken wheelchair that left me immobile for a week, and deal with a nasty UTI and pressure ulcer on my left foot.
There have been a few special people that have assisted me when it was really hard and I wouldn't be anywhere without them. Kendra, Dad, Andrea, Monica, Katie, Linda, Maria, Henry, and Scott thank you so much for the invaluable help the past couple months.
I am grateful for any little bit of support you can provide. Feel free to get in contact with me about anything, I am not looking for just financial assistance, I would love to reconnect with old friends, family and try to give back as much as I can with whatever I can do for you.
