We have lost our home of 16 years due to Mortgage Fraud. We approached our bank for a loan modifcation some time ago and they informed us that the only way for them to modify our loan was for us to fall behind 3 months on our mortgage to qualify for the modification. They said we needed to do this because our loan was current and we have never missed a payment. Following the instructions of the trusted Bank we intentionally fell behind 3 months in order to qualify for the modification.
As they started the process the trusted Bank sent an appraiser to appraise our home and to our surprise the appraiser appraised our home for $45,000 more than what is was valued. The trusted Bank then wanted to modify the loan and increase the loan amount an additional $45,000. This is where the Fraud started and lead to us losing our home.
My family consists of myself, my wife, and 3 boys. It was heartbreaking for our children to return home from school and see everything that we owned thrown out on the lawn. All the stability and security of what they have known to be home was snatched away from them.
Currently we are in need of acquiring another home and in order to do so we must come up with a 20% down payment to get into another home. We believe that by the grace of God and the help of our friends, family and the community at large we can accomplish this goal and be restored. We would like to meet our goal by May, 2018.
So many of you have asked us what can you do to help, at this point this is where and how you can best assist us and it is by your asking that motivated us to create this avenue for you to assist.
