Veteran with cancer needs help

My husband is a Marine veteran. We have 4 great kids. My husband has been diagnosed with a rare strand of soft tissue sarcoma (cancer). He lost his job in Feb. then the home we were renting went into forclosure. We lived all summer either with friends or in hotels. We now have a great place to stay with a wonderful landlord. Now we get hit with this. Both of us are disabled. Manny needs to get to Tampa by Tues. night Oct 20th so he can go see a specialist for a clinical trial. Here's the kicker, the company that holds the loan on our reliable truck repossesed it on Monday. We only have till Tues. Oct 20th to get it back or we lose it for good. I can't get him to Tampa and back in his truck. We would be grateful for any help. Thank you from a grateful Marine family.
